I was a banker before joining Home Cube Sdn Bhd as i invest some properties and suddenly the market was down. The rental of the properties cannot cover my instalment. To reduce my monthly commitment, so i decided to do short stay which we called homestay management. Another things, i found out there's a lots of homestay not doing a good job. Such as bedsheet not changing, cleaning condition is terrible, house maintenance not in a good condition and etc. So i aim to provide the good cleaning environment for the guest. Firstly i was planned to manage my own properties to make it positive cash flow. After few months, some owners who stay at another state look for me to manage their house for them. So i start to have more units. I was grateful that i learn a lots during this period and i will continue to make it better for my guests!
